Each and every confirmed order is shipped within 24 - 48 hours’ time from our warehouse. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day, after confirmation.
The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for it to be delivered to you, depending on your location.
We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on atawdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.
Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return.
